The Health Center exists to facilitate North Park University students in developing healthy life choices, maintaining optimal health, and obtaining appropriate medical care.

Health Service Hours:

Non-emergency situations

Health Services Center, will offer “walk-in hours” during the summer. Students with health concerns should stop by the Health Services Office located at 3317 W Foster:

  • 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday or 9:00 AM – 12:00 p.m., Friday.
  • Appointments for an alternative time may be arranged by calling 773-244-4897 for assistance.
  • After hours, non-emergency care will be addressed the next business day; leave a message and your call will be returned.

    If you need to see a physician

    Services are available at Swedish Covenant Hospital - Family Practice Swedish Covenant Hospital.

  • Please call 773-989-3806 to schedule an appointment.
  • The fee is $25.00 and does not include the cost of labs, x-rays or procedures.
  • Business hours 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:00-4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

    • Emergency situations

    For emergencies, call 911 or go to the Swedish Covenant Hospital Emergency Room located at the corner of Foster and California Aves.

    Parents of Freshmen or Transfer Students:

    Questions about the meningitis vaccine? Click on "Health Issues in the News" for links to various sites for up-to-date information and recommendations.If your student wants to be immunized on campus, we will have the Menactra vaccine available when classes resume in the Fall. Contact our office to reserve a shot now if the vaccine is not available in your area.

    New and Transfer Students!

    You must turn in your immunization records as required by the State of Illinois. THIS IS MANDATORY!
