All North Park Theological Seminary students who are enrolled for more than 5 credit hours are required to show proof of insurance. Details about the health insurance program offered through North Park University, and waivers can be found here. Waivers must be submitted each September to Student Administrative Services.

Galter LifeCenter is a health-fitness facility affiliated with
Swedish Covenant Hospital. Call for current membership plans and
schedules. Facilities include a 12-lap/mile running track, a 25-yd.
swimming pool, an aerobic studio, and state-of-the-art workout
equipment. Galter offers lessons, lectures, and special-interest
classes, as well as children's swim lessons for current and non-members.

fee is a little more
for non-members.

Swedish Covenant Hospital was founded in 1886 by the Evangelical
Covenant Church and currently serves a diverse population on Chicago's
north side. SCH offers a comprehensive range of medical services,
both inpatient and outpatient. SCH has a full-time Hispanic and
Korean liaison and specializes in language translations. Services
include: Family Birthing Center, Center for Breast Health, Diabetes
Community Center, Women's Health Center, and Community Health Services.
Services are available to North Park Theological Seminary families
at a 25% discount. Same day appointments can usually be accommodated.
Prenatal
packages and follow-up visits are offered at a reduced price. Swedish
Covenant Hospital has comprehensive family healthcare services.
